Odaboh does not write, edit, or author the memorial pages, biographies, tributes, or cause-of-death entries posted on this platform.

All memorial content, photos, audio notes, and details are created and submitted independently by the families, friends, and loved ones of the deceased. Odaboh acts solely as a host for these tributes and assumes no liability for the factual accuracy of user-submitted biographies or stories.

3. Medical & Public Health Disclaimer

Informational Purposes Only: The cause-of-death entries, public health cards, warning signs, and preventative guidance hosted on Odaboh are provided strictly for educational and community awareness purposes.

No Medical Advice: Content on Odaboh does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

4. Authorization & Respectful Use

By creating a memorial page on Odaboh, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an immediate family member, extended family member, or authorized representative/friend acting with the consent of the family.
• All photos, media, and text uploaded do not violate copyright laws or infringe on personal privacy rights.
• You will not post false, defamatory, disrespectful, or fraudulent information.

5. Dispute & Claim Process

Odaboh takes page authenticity and family privacy seriously. If a legitimate family member finds an unauthorized memorial page created by someone else, or if there is a dispute regarding page management:

• Reporting & Claiming: Users can utilize the "Claim Page" or "Report Fake Page" buttons located on the memorial page.
• Admin Review: Upon receiving a claim or report, our administrative team will review submitted verification documents (such as family identification or official documentation) to evaluate the request and reassign or revoke page ownership as necessary.

6. Account & Content Moderation

Odaboh reserves the right to review, flag, redact, or remove any memorial page, photo, or comment that violates these terms, contains offensive language, or breaches data privacy standards.
